HighScope's Infant-Toddler Curriculum is a research-based, child-focused model promoting discovery learning. This active participatory approach encourages exploration and play, helping infants and toddlers understand their world. The curriculum covers all developmental areas through six content areas and 42 key developmental indicators (KDIs), which are crucial skills for school and adult success. AEPSI Curriculum & Assessment: AEPSI is a comprehensive, reliable system that is used to accurately assess children's current skill levels, target instruction, monitor child progress, and aid in identifying disability and determining eligibility. Assessment Tools: Work Sampling Online, Developmental Checklist, Ages & Stages. Students are assessed quarterly and weekly work samples are placed in their folders.
